“BEING LUCKY TAKES HARD WORK - Serena Williams

🥎Serena Williams was obviously told during her Tennis Career she was lucky as she was good at tennis.  


😊I’m also told I’m lucky I’m slim. My clients are told they're lucky their fit!  But all that LUCK involves EFFORT & DETERMINATION! And I prefer to be FIT & STRONG!


✅we work out at the gym

✅we walk, run, bike, swim, tennis, tramp+

✅we eat nutritious foods

✅we limit our alcohol

✅we drink water

✅we ENJOY A FUN FIT FABULOUS LIFE!

✅we are LUCKY because LIFE is AWESOME!

😊Everyone can be LUCKY they just need to TRY! & put in some effort!  Ask advice & seek help from people like me who are happy to help!


🤩We’ve followed Dr Libby Weavers 11 tips for vibrant health again this week & number eleven resonates HUGELY - FOCUS ON HEALTH NOT WEIGHT!


🧐When you ask the question as you eat something, drink something or do something? How does this serve my HEALTH?  The answer is either a YES or NO!  If it does not serve your health & you do it frequently then change must occur.  


🤩By focusing on HEALTH NOT WEIGHT YOU CAN ACHIEVE BOTH!  It’s a very powerful simple question.


😘We have also continued our Kilometres challenge and notched up a HUGE 723 👍🏻 this week!  How’s your goal of achieving more kilometres per week going?


❄️Another crazy weather week!  Keep enjoying the recipes I’ve been sharing especially with lovely spring vegetables in the supermarket such as asparagus!
