😊I’m also told I’m lucky I’m slim. My clients are told they're lucky their fit! But all that LUCK involves EFFORT & DETERMINATION! And I prefer to be FIT & STRONG!

🧐When you ask the question as you eat something, drink something or do something? How does this serve my HEALTH? The answer is either a YES or NO! If it does not serve your health & you do it frequently then change must occur.
🤩By focusing on HEALTH NOT WEIGHT YOU CAN ACHIEVE BOTH! It’s a very powerful simple question.
😘We have also continued our Kilometres challenge and notched up a HUGE 723 👍🏻 this week! How’s your goal of achieving more kilometres per week going?
