⭐️I’ve said this many times before & it’s so true when your fitter you can do more.
😆I’ve even had clients mention it’s terrible they can garden more with less rest stops. Or often their partner now wants them to lift furniture. Or they have so much fun participating in activities with their kids!
😳Don’t stand on the side line watching - join in.
⭐️Starting anything NEW can be hard! But once you learnt to walk so you’ve proven you can!
⭐️Also remember this is for your HEALTH - it will improve your HEALTH! And as I said above makes life more fun!
