🔟Swap coffee for green/herbal tea
1️⃣1️⃣Avoid refined flours and sugars, artificial sweeteners, colourings, flavours and preservatives
1️⃣2️⃣FINALLY FOCUS ON HEALTH, not weight as this shift in focus will give you a life of energy, vitality, happiness, freedoms as well as optimal health.
😳Being fixated on weight and not the practises above can mean short term gain not long term lifestyle improvements.
🤔If weight is your goal then improving your health should be your first aim.
💛It's been super exciting to get my clients text over the last week - some trying new hills, rogan training for Spring Challenges, walking further than they could and another off to the Timaru Masters and already ticked the box for distance!
