Act as if what you do makes a difference as it does!

🧐Let’s start with WHY EXERCISE ???

🧐It’s not always a visible return on investment but any medical professional will be grateful you did!


🧐Not only could your health & fitness keep you out of hospital but…

🧐It will enable you to recover more quickly!

🧐Or could prevent you from ending up on a multitude of pills!


Exercise MAKES A HUGE DIFFERENCE:

✔️Heart health

✔️Loss of muscle from ageing

✔️Endorphins

✔️Bone density

✔️Reduces risk of chronic diseases (cancers, hypertension, diabetes…)

✔️Brain memory & health

✔️Relaxation & Sleep

✔️Sex life

And the list continues…


❌You cannot burn off with exercise poor food choices either!

✔️As I mentioned last week I’ve been reading the Beauty Chef book. Here’s more about what our gut has to do with our health!
