“YOUR BODY IS CAPABLE OF AMAZING THINGS. ADMIRE IT. CHALLENGE IT” was how we started this week! Lets start the Challenge to move towards a healthier 2020! It’s just steps, small ones, lifestyle ones, fitness ones, food choice ones, sleep ones, rest ones, work life balance ones & doing one or a few at a time. Don’t delay what you could start today!
I loved seeing everyones determination & smiles back in the GYM, stories of fitness over the summer & choices my clients are making to be a healthier & fitter versions of themselves. We are introducing 5-10 press ups per work day (Monday - Friday) for the month of February 2020 as a challenge. Press ups are one of the best exercises working the arms and abdominals. They can be done anywhere - a tent, a caravan or your lounge!
I am looking for a few new clients in 2020 here is what I offer:

✅a fully equipped home gym environment only YOU & ME & complete confidentiality & privacy
✅together we will improve your fitness & health
✅12 years of knowledge as a Personal Trainer
✅24/7 I’m happy to answer any questions & support & motivate you.
✅newsletters, weekly information to support your training.
✅a FREE chat is the first step in making 2020 a new year!
I discussed mis-information in the media & from loving friends & family on Monday through an article from the Herald. Wednesday I also read an article in the Press regarding detoxing. Our body when it is healthy has its own great resources to remove waste. The pathways can get clogged but by choosing real food choices, reducing the alcohol, hydrating ourselves we don’t need to buy supplements to do this for us. How interesting that some detox teas where removed from sale at the Supermarket. I see these & shakes & often protein powder as businesses that sell products that we don’t need, just buy the real food!
I hope you will get in touch and make that first step. Have a great weekend. Enjoy the press ups (everyone can do these I promise - there are multiple ways to make them easier or harder & thats part of what I do is to help you start off small & challenge & change).
