DO YOU CARRY FAT UNDER YOUR BRA LINE (women) OR UNDER PECS MEN? This is called a LIVER ROLL. This area of fat can be caused by overloading the body with: 😔alcohol 😔trans fats 😔processed foods 😔caffeine 😔refined sugars 😔synthetic substances such as pesticides, medications, skincare products 😔infections for example viruses such as glandular fever
If we continually overload the LIVER then the cells in the liver which we use for DETOXIFICATION can die, although for a time the Liver can regenerate these, however if we continue to overload them they will eventually die & a globule of fat will take up residence where once a fat-burning detoxification cell was working. With many fat globules (known as Fatty Liver) our health can suffer significantly. Less efficient detoxification can lead to: 😔poor thyroid function 😔sex hormone imbalances 😔congested skin 😔lousy cholesterol levels 😔impaired glucose management that often shows up as sugar cravings.
In the past the LIVER ROLL - FATTY LIVER disease was predominantly in people who regularly over consumed alcohol. However it is now being seen in teenagers who are eating diets high in processed foods and drinks. If this is you need to make a change now.

I also covered the topic of LUCKY 🍀 in the gym which was in a post on facebook on Monday. LUCKY 🍀 bodies maybe thin/toned/ skinny or I prefer to be FIT/STRONG! The perception is this is just how some people are but reality is when its dark outside the LUCKY 🍀 ones are often out running/walking/biking or at the gym & when the LUCKY 🍀 ones are at the butcher or grocer some others are at the takeaway shop! Not all thin/skinny people are LUCKY 🍀 as they can carry VISCERAL fat which surrounds the organs if they aren’t eating nutritious foods and exercising. Which was in a post earlier this month. So when you see someone whose LUCKY🍀remember they are most likely doing something to make the LUCK 🍀happen!
We now only have one week of AUGUST left and SPRING IS next week! So the get out and do something new challenge is at an end - my clients have: 😍climbed little Mt Peel (a little snow too) 😍ran the Rapaki track & onward 😍Bike to Lake Hood & around 😍Awa Awa Rata walk completed 😍done some hoola hooping 😍first snow ski for the season 😍walked the track in Cromwell & lots more new activities completed
Enjoy a fine weekend for a change - if you’ve not done something new for you then get outside & tick that box! CLIMB THE MOUNTAIN ONE STEP AT A TIME! Make your LIVER love 💕 you this weekend by feeding it nutritious healthy foods, maybe some lemon in warm water & less or no alcohol. Remember you only have ONE SO LOVE 💕 IT ACCORDINGLY!
