LUCKY NOT QUITE

Some women are naturally thin/slender/toned. Some workout for it. I prefer to be called FIT/STRONG. We are often called LUCKY 🍀 I like the “Tradie” undies ad on tv at the moment with fit girl working out whilst being told she is lucky 🍀. Like her I guess I love ❤️ my food but eat nutritious whole foods, I love ❤️ to run & love ❤️ my gym time, I sleep well & hydrate & this gives me my lucky 🍀 body - a little genetics but mostly EFFORT - consistent EFFORT!

I did look at some women years ago & think they’re lucky 🍀 but now I know when it’s dark outside they maybe outside running/walking/biking/swimming/in the gym etc when others are in bed WISHING FOR LUCK 🍀. Or they are at the vegetable or butcher shop when others are at the takeaway shop. They are making choices to be LUCKY 🍀.

I’ve said before I do eat cake, takeaway, drink wine but it’s NOT frequently because to be LUCKY 🍀 I do this sometimes not MOSTLY! Do I feel like I’m missing out. HELL NO! 🙌🏻- my energy & love ❤️for nutritious foods takes care of that. We can all become LUCKY - FIT/STRONG🍀 we just need to change to a healthier lifestyle ❤️

As I mentioned a few weeks ago & will discuss again next week sometimes the thin women are carrying internal fat or visceral fat. So not always LUCKY 🍀

I was going to share an article on thin girls but I read this article this morning on body shaming athletes who are thin & FIT/STRONG & the flip slide are the FIT/STRONG athletes like Serena Williams also body shamed 😔

ps. My mum walks every day for around an hour and also eats nutrious foods at 75 - LUCKY 🍀 😊
