Let's feel the best we can...

WHAT WOULD IT TAKE TO FEEL REALLY WELL - ALIVE, STRONG, MENTALLY CLEAR, ALMOST BURSTING OUT OF YOUR SKIN EACH DAY WITH A SENSE OF VITALITY? šŸ’ƒšŸ½šŸ•ŗšŸ¼ I believe we should be reaching for this ideal. How close are you? The quote came from a press article Iā€™ve linked below. Obesity is likely for one in two New Zealanders yet we live in a land with gorgeous landscapes, and fresh produce. Instead of believing this is too difficult we should look at the small steps we can make towards this ideal! The article also commented on how doctors can only prescribe so far & that nutritionists/ dietitians & fitness professionals can assist with mental health, illnesses such as diabetes through helping to change the lifestyles we are living. If we donā€™t change we become a statistic through preventable illnesses. I still find it hard to believe why youā€™d prefer a life where you say NO to activity because of inactivity & overeating. I am invigorated each day - ALIVE, FIT & saying YES to any activity. Itā€™s taken time, commitment & effort. No tablet, shake or short term diet. But Iā€™ve lived this life most of my life & itā€™s not always been easy! But I started small & grew my knowledge & my fitness. STEPS both outside & inside the home are where it starts. The article is below & in close to 10 years as a Personal Trainer itā€™s one of the most important articles Iā€™ve read!

Recipes for new ideas of what to cook are on my page. I SPECIFICALLY choose limited ingredients in recipes & ones where youā€™d have most of the ingredients in your pantry. Writing a food plan does help! Try to make extra dinner so it can become lunch tomorrow. Or cook an egg, or roast some pumpkin or cook a chicken. Just stop šŸ›‘ eating that junk food! And put on those shoes (any shoes if runners are not a current option) & walk anywhere! Please just donā€™t take your opportunity for a better life for granted. I can promise itā€™s worth it. šŸ˜ŠšŸ‘šŸ»šŸ™šŸ»šŸ‘šŸ»
