Make life full of activity not inactivity


NEVER EVER EVER GET RID OF THE DESIRE TO CLIMB A TREE 🌳 OR RUN THROUGH THE SPRINKLERS! I want my clients to live their life through activity not inactivity. I make them strong, through weights & body weights, we do cardio & flexibility & plyometrics! Is it tough? - that depends on your definition. It’s always hard to begin something new but then it gets easier! Ritchie McCaw wasn’t an All Black🏉 captain from day 1! Challenges to the body are what makes change occur so continued improvement occurs.

We also discussed how we should use the term NOURISH đŸ„‘not healthy or good or bad. We should ask how what we eat nourishes our body? - what vitamins & minerals the food provides us with? Some foods don’t đŸ©(processed or packet)! A person is healthy or not! Food or drink provides nourishment đŸ„š or not!

If you ask yourself these questions you’ll make choices that improve your health! And yes sometimes it’s ok to eat ‘soul food’ as Dr Libby calls it.
