Improve your life with health


Just like the quote below BEING HEALTHY AND FIT CREATES THE BEST LIFE FOR LIVING. A client told me this week her improved fitness from 6 months ago has given her a feeling of being grateful at being able to live a more full life. I feel I’m having a blast living my life where no activity is too hard (I may not nail it) but I’m giving it a go. The couch is not an option I want or need!

You may look & believe that it’s too hard. But time (weeks, months, years) we all have. Starting is the hardest part. Then it’s just keeping going!

I’m not running at the moment due to an operation but I’m hankering to get back so much so I’m pestering every runner I see with “I’m a runner too as they run by”. Life when your fit is very much about wanting to do all you can & a love 💗 for activity! Make the most of your life & start now!

We also discussed VITAMIN C this week & I love learning more sometimes stuff I’ve forgotten! Did you know that our bodies can’t store Vitamin C we must get it from other sources such such as fruit & vegetables (capsicum, berries, broccoli 🥦, silverbeet, kale & citrus 🍊) are good sources. It’s a must for strong hair as it supports the hair follicle. More than 2gms a day and it can interfere with contraceptives. If you bruise easily, have heavy periods, hair that breaks, bleeding gums, wounds that won’t heal. These can be signs of low levels of vitamin c.
