Age is really a number not a definition


I WILL NOT LET AGE CHANGE ME, I WILL CHANGE THE WAY I AGE! I am fitter than I was at 20 & 30 and my clients have said how awesome it feels to be fit & healthy. It’s not something that comes quickly or easy but with some effort it’s something that can stay with you & brings you a more fantastic life. It is lots of fun living a full life & I have fun with my clients teaching them techniques to make fitness part of their lives.

We have finished our add in or take out challenge for March & everyone got something from it whether it be better sleep 💤 more exercise 🚴‍♂️ or less desert or a change of habit & the jeans fitting better!

April is cardio challenge month try something you’ve not done before or for a while. A new tramp or maybe a bike to the lake or a game of squash or swim.

I also mentioned the post I put up about the correlation between energy drinks & diabetes & how a continued diet high in sugar laden foods or drink increases the risk of diabetes. Read my post earlier in the week. The reasons to change our eating habits are strong & powerful.
