I watched the Sunday program on 25 March (Sunday) TV1 about Rugby players taking steroids & also the use of protein powders in Rugby and how the game of Rugby is shunning them. We all should know steroids are rubbish but I hope you can learn that we can nourish our body with real foods. I hope you can see I lead by example. I have muscle but have gained it with real foods. When I first became a trainer I did suggest powders but quickly realised real food is a better choice!
