Add in or give up but give it a go!


Creating HEALTHY HABITS NOT RESTRICTIONS was our quote this week & is how we should move forward in our lives. By living on a diet restricted to shakes or soup diet or some other restriction it becomes a life you can't recreate forever. So look to what's healthy and how to incorporate health into your day to day living. Then make that a lifelong change.

To move towards better health my clients are going to either add in or remove one thing for DRY JULY! In which we may look at lower alcohol consumption, or biscuits or coffee, or deserts! Or add in more water, food prep every Sunday, one more exercise day! We start this Sunday so think what your doing! It's only ONE MONTH! 4 weeks!
