I had some fun with Time lapse on my iPhone whilst planning a workout Thursday! Most of the time I enjoy my workouts but sometimes it's just Hard! Hard to be motivated, extra hard work (they're always hard) hard to workout when cold. Use your head to tell your body how you'll feel after the workout is how I get through. I know I'll feel better, more energised, warmer, and happy to be finished! Enjoy your 3 day weekend & make time for fitness and/or as I've suggested to my clients try to fit in some food prep for the coming week maybe even try out a new recipe you've seen on my page. Here's an indoor workout should it be wet at your house this weekend:
30 squat jump 20 press ups 10 lunges each leg 30 squat star jumps 20 burpees with press up 10 knee to elbows in plank 30 mountain runs 20 press ups 10 or 1 minute prone hold Repeat until your allotted time is up 30 minutes for example.
