This is my lunch Thursday- leftover gurnard & roasted vegetables & spinach wilted in microwave (I prepared on Tuesday). Then my dinner Thursday Steak & my salad in photo.
We discussed this quote in the gym this week & to me it embodies health. So I pose the question how do we make ourselves healthier this weekend? I question the weekend as this is often a 3 steps backward time. Alcoholic Drink more, more snacks, more time to graze. Or could it be more time to prep the weeks meals, limit the alcohol to a couple & to only the weekend or fit in the fitness session we missed during the week. If we improve our health the outside gets better because it's fed by the inside. Lotions & creams only work so far. Make one step to improve your health this weekend & then another this week. Enjoy!
