WHAT ARE YOU DOING IN 7 DAYS?

Every year we have a quote to consider throughout the year alongside whatever we are doing. Last year it was FIT IS MORE FUN & HEALTH IS VITAL. This year I would like us to consider the quote below. Rather than have goals that are so big or far away that we believe we fail to achieve them or beat ourselves up when we start to miss targets.

How about starting small and thinking just about 7 days. What can you do in 7 days..eat better for breakfast or lunch, walk today, bike today, have breakfast, more sleep, me time, new recipe, plan dinner every day even just the protein.

Small steps add up to bigger gains, 7 days becomes 14 days becomes one month then 2 then 6 then a year. So what are you going to change for the next 7 days?
