"Let exercise be your STRESS relief not FOOD" was the quote we discussed this week. The importance of getting outside & either dealing with issues you have or blocking out your life & having meditative time. Planning your day during your cardio session may mean you sleep easier knowing you've done your thinking.
We also discussed VITAMIN C & its importance with the growth of bone, ligaments, tendons & skin. It's antioxidant properties but how it's not a cure for the cold. Smoking decreases the vitamin C in your body too!
So enjoy your weekend...manage stress with a run/walk/bike or another huff puff exercise & enjoy some vitamin C through food! Red capsicum, kiwi fruit, grapefruit, tomatoes etc.
