This week has seen the return to work from Public holidays for some & as life starts to get busy again maybe we can think about fitness differently!
🤦♀️I often hear the cry - “I’m too busy to exercise for 30min or an hour” but are you to busy to exercise for 10 minutes a few times a day.
👍🏻Maybe try to fit in 10 minutes of exercise before breakfast. Or at lunch or this could be a second 10 minute burst? Or another burst after work? Or just start with 10 minutes!
👍🏻As building a habit of fitness it is better to focus on being repetitive rather than your motivation which will sometimes wane.
🕛Look at your week ahead & see if you can plan some fitness into your day? And the next day & all week.
🍷It’s not a dissimilar process when you remove a food item such as a treat or alcohol for a month. The four weeks when broken down by weeks is an easier target.
