The picture below shows your home screen on the desktop when you make a booking.

Along the top are the sections you can click on to:

see your profile, MY PROFILE

see your schedule of bookings, MY SCHEDULE

book a class, BOOK NOW

purchase a package or membership, STORE

see how close you are to your first reward of 50 points = 1 free class, REWARDS

The next line down allows you to see all the classes available or just the Induction, the Principles etc

The square boxes show you how many classes there are of the type you looking at.

The next line you can chose the date, day or week or month to view and further to the right of the page you can chose the way you wish to view them in a list or in a calendar view
MAKING A BOOKING:

I suggest you go to the store first and buy a package or membership, you will need a credit/debit card for this process or you can credit your account (see below) or if you wish to pay me directly please get in touch.

Next go to the schedule and book a class - chose an induction class (see class descriptions) if you've never done any reformer pilates before.

If you want to book the same class every week at the same time then use the arrow ↩️ beside the word book to do this.

If you see the word waitlist this means the class is full, but you can join the waitlist to see if a space becomes available. You will not be charged unless you make it into the class. See FAQ page for more detail and conditions.
MAKING A PAYMENT IF YOU OWE MONEY OR WANT TO LEAVE MONEY IN YOUR ACCOUNT
IF YOUR CARD IS DECLINED YOU WILL BE CHARGED UP TO $2.00 AS A DISHONOUR FEE.
1. You can chose to put your account into credit or pay money off an account - rather than leave your credit card or debit card details.
DESKTOP VERSION OF WELLNESS LIVING
2. Go to your Wellness Living Log in Page and Log in, then
3. Look for the option at the top of the page that says MY PROFILE click on this
4. Then click BILLING
5. You can then either pay the account balance already there, so go to step 6 or enter a new amount
6. Then enter your payment details and the amount will be credited to your account to either pay an amount owed or to put your account in credit.
APP VERSION ACHIEVE (see below)
1. Go to your App & sign in if needed
2. Look for the option along the bottom which says MY PROFILE click on this
3. Then click BILLING
4. Under the heading Current Balance click the blue writing - MAKE A PAYMENT
5. You can then either pay the account payment already there, so go to step 6 or enter a new amount to put your account in credit.
6. Then enter your payment details and the amount will be credited to your account to either pay an amount owed or to put your account in credit.

WHY CAN'T I MAKE A BOOKING AS I HAVE PACKAGE OR MEMBERSHIP?
Sometimes this can be to do with the system choosing the date to start your package or membership. If you've brought a package or membership and then booked a class on for example 15 September and then decide you want to come on 10 September the system will say no. The reason it says no is your package or membership needs a start date and it decides to use your booking date. Therefore you cannot book a class prior to the start date. If this occurs, please text me and I will adjust your membership start date.
DO MY PACKAGES RUN CONSECUTIVELY?
If you have one membership running and then buy another prior to the first one ending. If you have not booked all the classes in your membership when you go to book a class the system will take the credit from either membership. I suggest you use all the credits to make your bookings before buying another membership.
